Job summary

Aspens Services is seeking a Cook for one of our schools to bring menus to life with healthy, nutritious meals for students and staff. You will craft meals using your skilled craft and adhere to quality standards, with a focus on safety and customer service.

You’ll work Monday to Friday during school term time, 30 hours per week across 30 weeks per year, with a pay of £13.34 per hour. This role offers a straightforward schedule and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Understanding of safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Creative Menu Execution: preparing provided menus with craft skills.
• Safety Champion: ensure Food Hygiene, Allergen, and Health & Safety standards.
• Hospitality Production: deliver high-quality hospitality requests for events.
• Building Connections: develop strong relationships with clients and students.
• Service with a Smile: provide friendly customer service.
