Job summary

The Mallard Academy Balby Doncaster, part of Exceed Learning Partnership, seeks a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning and presentation standards across the school during term time. You will work 12.5 hours per week plus 4 additional weeks, with daily sessions either mornings 06:00–08:30 or afternoons 15:30–18:00.

You will lead cleaning staff, implement cleaning schedules, manage stock and ensure hygiene in all areas while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Cleaning Protocols to meet hygiene standards.
• Lead and coordinate cleaning staff.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules.
• Manage stock levels of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Follow Health and Safety Guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
• Provide and respond to feedback for process improvements.
• Open and secure the building in the absence of the School Premises Manager.
