Job summary

The Mallard Academy Balby, part of Exceed Learning Partnership, is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to manage cleaning and presentation standards across the academy. The role is 12.5 hours per week during term time plus four additional weeks, with shifts 06:00–08:30 or 15:30–18:00.

You will lead the facilities team, develop cleaning schedules, manage stock, and ensure health and safety guidelines are followed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to cleaning protocols to meet hygiene and safety standards.
• Lead and supervise cleaning team to complete tasks on schedule.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules for the school.
• Manage stock levels and order supplies to prevent shortages.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Open and secure the building when required.
