Job summary

Academics Agency in Doncaster is seeking a reliable Secondary School Cleaner to maintain high standards of hygiene across multiple schools. You will perform daily cleaning tasks and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for pupils and staff.

The role is temporary (term-time only, Monday to Friday) with flexible hours. Enhanced DBS disclosure is required, and prior experience in school or commercial cleaning is desirable. Comprehensive CPD is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience (school or commercial setting desirable).
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
• Two professional references available on request.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting.
• Sanitise high-touch areas such as door handles, desks and communal surfaces.
• Ensure classrooms, corridors, toilets and dining areas are kept spotless and hygienic.
• Replenish supplies and manage waste disposal in line with school policies.
