Job summary

CH&CO, a part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking a dedicated Chef Manager to ensure smooth operation of catering services on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week, term-time). You will maintain high-quality food standards and progress your career within a company that values individuality and rewards excellence.

You will lead and train teams, deliver engaging food concepts, manage stock and budgets, and uphold Health & Safety standards across all teams.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent is required.
• A passion for great-tasting food with excellent customer service.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Strives for excellence and shows enthusiasm and motivation.
• Ambitious and keen to upskill and develop.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain timekeeping.
• Demonstrates a safety-first mindset and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers.
