Job summary

Caterlink Ltd is recruiting a Catering Assistant for Junction Farm Primary School in Stockton on Tees. The role is term-time only, 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 11.00am–1.00pm. You will assist with lunch preparation and service and help maintain standards across the kitchen, counter and dining areas.

We value reliability, good hygiene and a friendly approach. An enhanced DBS check will be obtained. Full driving licence and own transport are advantageous though not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in school catering preferred.
• DBS disclosure will be obtained for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation and Service of lunch time meals
• Complying with Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures
• Keeping the kitchen, counter and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state
• Providing a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers
• Representing Caterlink and maintaining a positive brand image
