Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a Catering Assistant at The Hart School in Rugeley, Staffordshire to perform food production, service on tills, and general cleaning in our school kitchen.

This term-time only role offers £12.71 per hour, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10:30am to 2:30pm, across 38 weeks per year. You will help prepare tasty food, follow Health and Safety standards, keep areas clean, and provide friendly, hygienic service to students and staff. An enhanced DBS check will be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of tasty food
• Complying with Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures
• Keeping the kitchen, counter and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state
• Providing a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all students and school staff
• Representing Caterlink and maintaining a positive brand image
