Job summary

Caterlink is hiring a Catering Assistant for Cossington CE Primary to perform a variety of food production tasks and provide food service in our school canteen.

This role is term-time only with no weekends, working 10 hours per week across 38 weeks per year at a rate of £12.71 per hour.

You will assist in food preparation, uphold Health and Food Safety standards, keep kitchens and dining areas tidy, deliver friendly service, and help maintain Caterlink’s brand image.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of tasty food and snacks
• Complying with Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures
• Keeping the kitchen, counter and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state
• Providing a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers
• Representing Caterlink and maintaining a positive brand image
