Job summary

Caterlink is recruiting a Catering Assistant at The Hart School, Rugeley, Staffordshire to perform a variety of food production tasks along with food service, working on tills, and general cleaning duties. The role is term-time only with no weekends.

The position involves 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 10:30am–2:30pm, across 38 weeks per year, at £12.71 per hour. Caterlink emphasizes safety, inclusivity and development opportunities for staff.

Qualifications

• An enhanced DBS disclosure will be obtained for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of tasty food
• Complying with Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures
• Keeping the kitchen, counter and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state
• Providing a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all students and school staff
• Representing Caterlink and maintaining a positive brand image
