Caterlink is hiring a Catering Assistant at St Georges School in Plymouth to assist our Catering Manager with meal service in our schools. This is a term-time only role with no weekends, offering flexibility for those seeking it.

The position is 10 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 38 weeks per year) at £12.21 per hour, with responsibilities including lunch prep for 60/70 children and maintaining a clean dining area, all while upholding health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Catering Manager with preparing lunch for 60/70 children
• Help serve and clean the dining hall
• Comply with Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures
• Keep the kitchen, counter and restaurant areas clean and tidy
• Provide friendly, efficient and hygienic service to customers
• Represent Caterlink and maintain a positive brand image
