Caterlink is recruiting a Catering Assistant for St Georges School in Plymouth. This term-time, part-time role (10 hours/week, 38 weeks/year) supports the Catering Manager to serve meals to 60–70 pupils, handle dining hall duties and maintain high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in school catering environment is desirable.
• Role requires working term-time only with no weekends.
• Adherence to Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Catering Manager with preparing lunch for 60/70 children
• Help serve and clean the dining hall
• Comply with Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures
• Keep the kitchen, counter and restaurant areas clean and tidy
• Provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers
• Represent Caterlink and maintain a positive brand image
