Caterlink is seeking a Catering Assistant at St Petrocs Primary School in Bodmin to support the Catering Manager with meals for 200+ children. This term-time role is 12.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with 38 weeks per year, offering a structured schedule and no weekend work.

The role focuses on meal preparation, service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness across dining areas, representing the Caterlink brand with a friendly, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• To Assist the Catering Manager with preparing lunch for 200+children
• To help serve and clean the dining hall.
• Complying with Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures
• Keeping the kitchen, counter and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state
• Providing a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers
• Representing Caterlink and maintaining a positive brand image
