• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client.
• To ensure Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations are followed at all locations.
• Support day-to-day running of locations, supervise teams, manage inventories and monitor budgets.
• Implement action plans to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
