Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Provide individualized support and assistance to all children in the Nursery.
2. Collaborate with the classroom teacher to plan and deliver tailored lessons and activities to meet the student's needs.
3. Support the student's academic, social, and emotional development, promoting their self-confidence and independence.
4. Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
5. Adapt teaching strategies and resources to accommodate individual learning styles and abilities.
6. Assist with the assessment of the student's progress and provide feedback to the classroom teacher and parents.

Requirements:

1. Level 2/3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
2. Previous experience working within a Nursery.
3. Strong empathy and understanding of individual student needs.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, resilience, and emotional support skills.
6. Flexibility and adaptability in teaching strategies.
7. Knowledge of relevant teaching methodologies and resources.
8. Qualifications in education or as a teaching assistant are desirable but not essential.
