Term-time only Nursery Nurse - Dudley

Are you a passionate and dedicated Nursery Nurse looking for a term-time only position in nurseries around Dudley? We are seeking compassionate Nursery Nurses to join Aspire People to work in a nursery in Dudley.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide individualized support and assistance to all children in the nursery.
  2. Collaborate with the classroom teacher to plan and deliver tailored lessons and activities to meet the students' unique needs.
  3. Support the students' academic, social, and emotional development, promoting their self-confidence and independence.
  4. Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where the students can thrive.
  5. Adapt teaching strategies and resources to accommodate the students' learning styles and abilities.
  6. Assist with the assessment of the students' progress and provide feedback to the classroom teacher and parents.
Requirements:
  • Level 2/3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent ratio).
  • Previous experience working within a nursery.
  • Strong empathy and understanding of individual student needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and parents.
  • Patience, resilience, and the ability to provide emotional support when needed.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and to adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Knowledge of relevant teaching methodologies and resources for supporting individual students.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or as a teaching assistant are desirable but not essential.
