Job summary

Capital City College Group is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to plan, deliver and evaluate activities for children within the Early Years Foundation Stage, in partnership with parents. The role involves observing development, supporting learning, and acting as a key person for a group of children while ensuring safeguarding policies are followed.

This term-time only, 37 weeks per year role (35 hours per week) is permanent and based across CCC nurseries in London.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Level 3 childcare qualification (equivalent to NVQ Level 3 childcare).
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, deliver and evaluate activities for children within the EYFS.
• Observe and support children's all-round development and learning.
• Be a key person for a group of children, supporting their learning.
• Work with safeguarding policies to keep children safe.
• Engage with parents to value diverse backgrounds.
