Job summary

Capital City College is seeking a reliable Nursery Practitioner to support and deliver high-quality learning experiences for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage across our London nurseries. This term-time role (37 weeks per year) is 35 hours per week and permanent.

You will plan, deliver and evaluate activities in partnership with parents, ensuring children's safety and development while respecting diverse backgrounds. A Level 3 childcare qualification is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Level 3 childcare qualification (equivalent to NVQ Level 3).
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Clear and professional communication with families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, deliver and evaluate activities for children in EYFS with parents.
• Observe and support all-round development to help each child reach potential.
• Act as a key person for a group of children to extend learning within EYFS.
• Follow safeguarding policies to ensure children's safety.
