Job summary

Golden Grove School in Pembroke, Pembrokeshire, invites applications for a Lunchtime Supervisor. This permanent role is 5 hours per week during term time (Monday-Thursday 12:00-1:00, Friday 11:30-12:30), with 44.8 weeks per annum and pro rata salary of £26,016.

You're responsible for supervising children at lunchtime, indoors or on the grounds, working with class teachers at handover, promoting healthy eating, safeguarding, and basic first aid.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) for this post.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children at lunchtimes, indoors or on the school grounds.
• Work with class teachers at handover times.
• Encourage healthy eating and good manners.
• Ensure the safety of children and follow safeguarding guidelines.
• Actively supervise outdoor play and interact with the children.
• Supervise children in classrooms on wet days.
• Provide basic first aid.
