St Barnabas CofE Primary School in Bristol is seeking a dedicated Lunchbreak Supervisor to support pupils during the lunchtime period. This term-time, part-time role runs 12:00–13:15, 6.25 hours per week, with a permanent focus on safety, welfare and positive behaviour.

The successful candidate will work closely with lunchbreak staff, contribute to the school's outdoor play ethos and participate in ongoing training, while upholding confidentiality and safeguarding standards.

• Have excellent communication skills.
• Maintain warmth, care and commitment to children's safety and wellbeing.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the safety, welfare and positive behaviour of pupils during lunchtimes.
• Act as a link between pupils, lunchbreak staff and other school staff.
• Support outdoor play and the school's 'whatever the weather' ethos.
• Participate in training and adhere to the school's safeguarding and confidentiality standards.
