Holroyd Howe is seeking a Kitchen Porter/Assistant to join the Dulwich Prep kitchen during term time. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment within a food-led education setting and supporting chefs with prep and service.

We prioritise allergen controls and high standards of hygiene, with training provided. The team helps tailor catering services to pupils across ages within independent schools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas.
• Assist chefs with basic food prep and stock deliveries.
• Operate dishwashers and ensure proper sanitation practices.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Support the team in daily kitchen operations and service setup.
• Champion allergen controls in daily operations.
