TeacherActive Limited is seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to join a partnership secondary school in Carmarthen. You will deliver pre-set lessons, supervise pupils, and maintain a calm, productive classroom while supporting learning across year groups.

This term-time only role offers flexible work options, 24/7 consultant support, CPD opportunities, and a £100 referral bonus. A Level 3 Education qualification and strong classroom management are desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Level 3 qualification in Education or equivalent is desirable.
• Experience working with children or young people.

• Deliver pre-set lessons and learning activities in the absence of the class teacher.
• Supervise pupils across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Maintain a calm, positive, and productive classroom environment.
