Teaching Personnel are looking for Unqualified Teachers / Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across the Vale of Glamorgan. This is an excellent opportunity for university students, graduates and those considering a career in teaching to gain valuable classroom experience while maintaining complete flexibility over when they work.

Qualifications

• Unqualified Teachers / Cover Supervisors welcomed for secondary schools.
• Experience with young people is advantageous but not essential.
• Availability to work flexibly during term time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes in the absence of a teacher.
• Deliver pre-prepared materials and keep pupils engaged.
• Support pupils with classwork and learning activities.
• Help maintain a positive learning environment and routines.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff when appropriate.
• Assist with smooth school day operations.
