Job summary

Holroyd Howe seeks an experienced General Assistant to support our education catering team in a prestigious London setting. You will help prepare and serve meals, maintain front-of-house cleanliness, and ensure food safety standards while delivering friendly student and staff service.

Qualifications

• Ideally experience in Education catering.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of lunch, snacks and dinner according to established menus and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of front of house areas including organising dishes and utensils.
• Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
• Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
