Holroyd Howe is recruiting a General Assistant to support high-quality education catering across prestigious school settings. You will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and deliver a friendly, efficient dining experience for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE levels, with good understanding of written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of food and snacks.
• Keep the kitchen and restaurant areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Provide friendly, efficient and hygienic service to customers.
• Ensure customers receive prompt and efficient service and expectations are met.
• Be customer focused at all times, by being visible during service periods, approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs.
• Project a willing and helpful attitude to customers; learn about food items sold through catering areas and keep areas clean and stocked.
