Job summary

North Lanarkshire Council's Early Learning & Childcare service is recruiting for 2 permanent Key Worker positions at Petersburn Family Learning Centre, Airdrie. 30 hours per week, Term Time only, starting at £31,541–£34,307 pro rata.

You will support and nurture children through engaging, learning experiences and contribute to high quality early years provision. Applicants should have Early Years experience, be excellent communicators, and meet PVG/SSSC requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an Early Years environment.
• Commitment to continuing professional learning and development.
• Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, development and coordination of Early Years learning programmes to ensure positive outcomes.
• Support and nurture children through engaging, stimulating learning experiences.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, carers, colleagues and partner professionals.
