Job summary

Abbey Grange CofE Academy is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team on a permanent, term-time basis (39 weeks). The role offers a pro rata salary of £29,542–£32,046 per annum, based on 32.5 hours per week across 39 weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising students in a school setting.
• Ability to support teaching and learning in the absence of teaching staff.

• Supervise a class or group carrying out work set by a teacher; manage behaviour and report issues.
• Provide high quality support to maintain a safe, orderly, and structured learning environment.
