Job summary

Tonbridge Grammar School in Tonbridge is seeking a capable Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated cover team. This permanent role is part-time, working 2 days a week (Thursday and Friday) during term time, to keep learning progressing when teachers are absent.

You will supervise lessons, support students individually or in small groups, and assist with exams, admin tasks and welfare duties. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lessons in the absence of teaching staff.
• Support individual students and small groups with their learning.
• Assist with invigilation of internal and external examinations.
• Provide administrative support to curriculum departments and contribute to appropriate duties as required.
