Job summary

eTeach UK Limited, on behalf of a happy and successful High School with a Sixth Form in Droitwich, is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our Cover Team. You will supervise classes when teachers are unavailable and support students to stay on task and achieve their goals.

Experience is welcome but not essential as we provide training to support development. The role is term-time only, usually 32.5 hours per week, with a commitment to collaborative work and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided to support development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are valued for supporting students.
• Willingness to learn and engage in continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes when teachers are unavailable for meetings, training, trips or short-term illness.
• Support and motivate students to engage with learning and achieve their goals.
