Laurus Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to support teaching across the school. You will provide high-quality classroom cover during teacher absence to keep students engaged in their learning. This role forms part of our dedicated team within the Laurus family.

The position is 37 hours per week, term-time only, with flexible arrangements considered where possible, including options like part-time roles and compressed hours.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English (A*-C) or equivalent.
• Experience working in a school environment is advantageous.
• Prior experience within a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom and registration cover for absent teachers and provide administrative support as requested.
