Job summary

Active Assistance is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a 5-year-old pupil with complex health needs at school in Telford. This term-time role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–3pm, providing stable, ongoing support within a small care team.

You will receive specialist training, access to the Active Learning Hub and additional benefits. This is a rewarding role with opportunities to develop a meaningful career alongside a leading clinical and care team.

Qualifications

• Support a child with complex health needs in a school setting.
• Demonstrate effective communication with carers, teachers and health professionals.
• Show sensitivity to individual care plans and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support a 5-year-old girl with complex health needs at her school.
• Work Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm during term time.
• Collaborate with a consistent care team and follow planned rotas.
