Job summary

Trinity Academy is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for term-time only. The role runs Monday to Friday, 32.5 hours per week (8.30am - 3.30pm). You will work under teaching staff guidance to support students and enable access to learning, assisting with classroom management and duties as required.

The post holder should uphold Professional Standards for Teaching Assistants and model positive attitudes, work ethic and diligence within a caring school environment.

Responsibilities

• Work under the instruction and guidance of teaching staff to undertake work/care/support programmes to enable access to learning for students.
• Assist the teacher in the management of students and the classroom.
