Formación

• Strong understanding of gross profit management and sales targets.
• Experience coaching and developing a high-performing kitchen team.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices within a school catering setting.

• Financial control: manage stock, food and labour costs.
• Lead, coach, train and inspire the kitchen team to deliver excellence.
