Job summary

NYES Catering are recruiting for a Catering Assistant at Luttons Primary School in Malton, North Yorkshire. The role is 10 hours per week during term time, with shifts from 11:30 to 13:30, at a pay rate of £13.28 per hour.

You will assist the cook with food preparation and packaging, transport meals between Sherburn Primary School and Luttons School, and serve children with meals, while maintaining kitchen cleanliness. A mileage allowance is provided for travel, and full uniform is supplied.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS Disclosure is required for appointment.
• Own vehicle with Business use insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the cook with a range of duties, assisting food preparation and packaging of the produced meals.
• Transport the meals from Sherburn Primary School to Luttons School and serve the children school lunches, washing up and general cleanliness of the kitchen are to be maintained.
