Job summary

Stir Farnborough is seeking a Catering Assistant to deliver outstanding service to students and staff, while assisting with meal preparation in a high-quality kitchen. You will be at the frontline, ensuring a welcoming dining experience and accurate till operation.

You’ll join a team that values safety, hygiene, and continuous learning. The role offers Monday–Friday hours, 15 hours per week, term-time scheduling, and DBS position requirements.

Qualifications

• Friendly, versatile personality for a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 is great, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to students and staff.
• Serve food and operate tills with training provided.
• Support chefs with meal preparation and kitchen tasks.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organised at all times.
• Follow Food Hygiene and Health & Safety guidelines.
