Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food, snacks, and beverages to customers in a professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across hospitality areas, kitchens, and function rooms.
• Set up meeting and event rooms with refreshments and equipment.
• Clear tables and collect used crockery and service items after use.
• Wash, clean, and return crockery and serving equipment to designated areas.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Support day-to-day operations to ensure a welcoming guest experience.
