You will work closely with the Assistant Headteacher to ensure students are well prepared for next steps, with access to diverse

Qualifications

• Experience in careers education, guidance, youth support or related field.
• Excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with young people, parents and external partners.
• Confident delivering presentations to groups of students.
• Strong ICT skills and data management ability.
• Commitment to raising aspirations and safeguarding.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality careers guidance to students through one-to-one interviews, group sessions and presentations.
• Coordinate the Year 10 work experience programme.
• Organise careers events, including fairs, employer engagement activities and mornings.
• Support KS4, Post-16 and Post-18 progression pathways including UCAS guidance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers, colleges, universities and training providers.
• Monitor Gatsby Benchmarks and careers programme objectives.
