Job summary

The Clare School is recruiting Care Team Members to support pupils with a wide range of learning, physical, sensory, communication and medical needs. This role involves assisting with toileting, personal care and dignity, plus mobility and physiotherapy support.

No experience is required as full training will be provided, and we encourage enthusiastic and caring applicants to apply immediately. The role is part-time with hours negotiable.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Pupils have a range of learning, physical, sensory, communication and medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist pupils who have reduced continence control with toileting, cleaning and changing, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Help pupils with postural management, walking, standing frames and physiotherapy routines.
• Support pupils with feeding and drinking, including gastrostomy feeding.
