Job summary

UKCIL Ltd. is seeking a caring Autism/ADHD Support Worker to provide 1:1 support for a teenage girl in Morpeth. The role is term-time only, 10 hours per week, with a fixed term to July 2027, and pay £14.67 per hour.

Must have driving licence and access to own vehicle. You will help Bella build confidence, independence and life skills through activities she enjoys, including Roblox, Minecraft, swimming and outings, both at home and in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs.
• Understanding of autism and ADHD and sensory processing differences.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to support social, leisure and community activities.
• Understanding of safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support for a teenage girl at home and in the community.
• Assist with confidence, independence and life skills.
• Travel to activities using your own vehicle.
• Support social, leisure and community activities.
• Keep safeguarding and welfare of the pupil as a priority.
