ARC (Norwich) Ltd is seeking experienced Terberg Shunter Drivers for night shifts in the Peterborough area. Work available on various dates from now through Christmas, with potential for further shifts based on client needs.

Role involves operating a Terberg shunter, moving trailers, and performing swaps in a busy depot. Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence, CPC, Digi Tacho, and shunting experience are essential, with good yard safety awareness and reliability expected.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence is required.
• Previous Terberg / shunting experience is essential.
• CPC and Digi Tacho required.
• Good understanding of yard safety and trailer movements.
• Reliable and flexible with availability.
• No more than 6 points for minor offences.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Terberg shunter within a busy depot environment.
• Move trailers around the yard and perform trailer swaps.
• Shifts vary between now and Christmas, with potential for more shifts as needed.
