Job summary

UNSW is hiring two tenure-track positions in the School of Information Systems & Technology Management (SISTM) at the Business School, at Lecturer (Level B) or Senior Lecturer (Level C) levels. Applicants should have a PhD by end of 2026 and a strong record of publication in IS/OM venues, with teaching experience in AI, databases, networking or analytics desirable.

Qualifications

• PhD in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Operations Management or related field by end 2026.
• Strong publication record in IS/OM conferences and journals.
• Experience teaching technical or analytics courses is desirable; UX knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scholarly research and teach at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Engage nationally and internationally, contributing to teaching, engagement and leadership.
• Lead educational initiatives and contribute to leadership within the School and Faculty.
