We are looking for a Tender Manager to lead bids for HVDC Control & Protection systems. How You'll make an impact

• Deliver bids for Control & Protection systems for HVDC installations, ensuring adherence to processes, deadlines, and high quality.
• Plan and communicate tender needs to the HVDC Control and Protection management team.
• Represent Control & Protection in customer interactions, leading discussions and negotiations.
• Monitor tender deliverables and follow up on scope and timelines.
• Build and maintain a team culture of collaboration, accountability, trust, and transparency.

Your background

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• You have experience working with HVDC projects.
• Experience in designing and testing control systems.
• Strong interest or skills in industrial application development and programming.
• Knowledge of automation, simulation, and modeling procedures (real-time or offline) is advantageous.
• You are structured, driven, and proactive in process improvement and idea generation.
• You enjoy networking, value human relations, and can work independently to meet deadlines.
• Experience in project and bid management, and comfort in customer interactions and technical negotiations.
• Knowledge of UK Gridcodes/standards is a plus.
