Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in the UK is seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer to support social housing refurbishment and decarbonisation projects across Wakefield, York, Leeds and surrounding areas. You will liaise with tenants, address concerns and ensure work is communicated clearly.

You will work with site management, coordinate with the senior team, and benefit from a car allowance or company car, a company bonus, training and progression, and generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the Social Housing industry.
• UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with tenants and address concerns, following the proper procedures.
• Conduct customer visits, monitor works and coordinate with the senior team.
• Work on Social Housing refurbishment and decarbonisation schemes.
