Job summary

Fawkes and Reece is seeking an experienced Site Manager for social housing refurbishment projects across a 20-mile radius from Barnsley. You will lead a team of Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers and subcontractors to ensure works run smoothly and safely.

Travel between sites, report progress to the senior team, and deliver high-quality outcomes on schemes such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, EWI, Windows & Doors, repairs, maintenance and roofing. UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• UK Driving Licence is required.
• CSCS Card is required.
• First Aid at work is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers and subcontractors to ensure works run smoothly.
• Travel between sites and report progress to the senior team.
• Survey within a 20-mile radius from Barnsley.
• Work on Social Housing schemes such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, EWI, Windows & Doors, Repairs & Maintenance and Roofing.
