Plymouth Community Homes is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer on a fixed-term basis for 12 months. You will deliver intensive housing management support to vulnerable tenants, build stable tenancies and work with partners to coordinate services across estates.

This role is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
