Miles & Barr Estate Agents, part of the Lomond network in Kent, is seeking a Tenancy Progressor for our Herne Bay office. The role focuses on guiding applicants and landlords through references and tenancy checks, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved. Salary £26,000–£28,000 depending on experience.

The salary package on offer is between £26,000-£28,000 depending on experience.

• Collaborating with landlords, and prospective tenants to facilitate seamless application and referencing process.
• Administering references from tenants seeking rental properties
• Communicating with both landlords and tenants effectively and efficiently.
• Taking ownership of all issues, queries and inquiries to achieve a successful outcome for all parties involved.
• Providing support to a busy, fast paced team.
