Job summary

Foxtons Estate Agents is seeking a Tenancy Manager to oversee the tenancy lifecycle for landlords and tenants, acting as a single point of contact. The role covers financial, rental and legal aspects, with coordination of maintenance projects as needed.

The ideal candidate brings property management experience, excellent organisation, attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional customer service within a busy department.

• Prior property management experience within the tenancy lifecycle or closely related sector.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with a solution‑driven approach.
• Knowledge of the property industry and ability to manage a portfolio of 100+ properties.

Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of contact for landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
• Provide advice on tenancy matters including financial, rental and legal aspects.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance projects as required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high professional standards.

About The Role

The Foxtons Tenancy Manager team offers professional advice and assistance to thousands of tenants and landlords who have requested our premium service, to ensure that each tenancy runs smoothly from start to finish.

Each of our dedicated Tenancy Managers provides a single point of contact for both landlords and tenants and offers advice on all aspects of the tenancy life cycle, including financial, rental and legal matters as well as organising any necessary maintenance projects.

This role also includes up to 1 day per week working from home (once the initial induction period has passed).

LOCATION

This role is based in our Worcester office (WR4) towards the outskirts of the city with excellent transport links from numerous locations. Free onsite parking is provided.

About You

We are looking for someone with prior Property Management experience or exposure to the industry to join our thriving Property Management department. As well as strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to problem solve, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, you will need a good knowledge of the property industry and the ability to manage a portfolio of 100 + properties.
