Job summary

Your Housing Group is seeking a Tenancy Management Officer to cover areas in and around Greater Manchester. You will work independently, delivering a first-class tenancy management service and managing your own diary to meet customers and stakeholders.

You will travel locally, visit our Birchwood Head Office for meetings and training, and contribute to improving estates and neighbourhoods. The role offers hybrid working with a strong emphasis on customer service and delivering results.

Qualifications

Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework of social housing and tenancy management.
Good knowledge of safeguarding adults and safeguarding children.
Understanding of Housing Management and related housing services.

Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end customer-focused tenancy management service.
Lead on tenancy management within your patch and manage your diary.
Visit Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington for meetings and training as required.

Job Title: Tenancy Management Officer

Salary: £29,250 - £30,395

Location: Regional - Greater Manchester

So.... What is this role exactly?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Tenancy Management Officer to cover areas in and around across the Greater Manchester area.

What will my working week look like?

Living locally in or around Greater Manchester, you will travel around your 'patch' with the freedom to manage your diary around your customer visits and stakeholder meetings.

You will also be required to visit our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington (WA3 7QH), for meetings and training as and when required.

What will I be responsible for doing?

First and foremost, you will be working independently, taking the lead on the delivery of a first class, end-to-end customer focused tenancy management service.

One of the great things about this role is you will have the flexibility to manage your own diary, choose a suitable working location that works for you and your customer base and be able to influence how our estates and neighbourhoods look and feel.
