Job summary

Your Housing Group is seeking a Tenancy Management Officer to deliver a first-class, end-to-end tenancy management service across Greater Manchester. You will work independently, manage your diary, and visit customers across the patch with occasional meetings at Birchwood for training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework of social housing and tenancy management.

• Greater Manchester Weekly Hours: 35 So…. What is this role exactly?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Tenancy Management Officer to cover areas in and around across the Greater Manchester area.

What will my working week look like?

Living locally in or around Greater Manchester, you will travel around your 'patch' with the freedom to manage your diary around your customer visits and stakeholder meetings.

You will also be required to visit our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington (WA3 7QH), for meetings and training as and when required.

What will I be responsible for doing?

First and foremost, you will be working independently, taking the lead on the delivery of a first class, end-to-end customer focused tenancy management service.

One of the great things about this role is you will have the flexibility to manage your own diary, choose a suitable working location that works for you and your customer base and be able to influence how our estates and neighbourhoods look and feel.
