Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking an experienced Temporary Works Coordinator for a major projects programme in Teesside/Redcar area. You will oversee design, delivery and implementation of temporary works, ensuring safety, compliance and on-site governance.

The role requires accredited TWC training, a track record on complex schemes and knowledge of BS 5975 standards. Candidate should have recent TWC appointment experience and be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Accredited TWC training or recent refresher
• Experience managing complex temporary works on major schemes
• Up-to-date knowledge of major contractor Temporary Works procedures (BS 5975)
• Evidence of acting as an appointed TWC within last 2 years or recent re-appointment training

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage delivery and approval of schemes
• Maintain the Temporary Works Schedule with design and site teams
• Prepare and review design briefs for adequacy and schedule adherence
• Manage design changes and ensure proper documentation
• Oversee on-site governance and hold points before loading, unloading or pours
• Inspect ground preparations, foundations and temporary structures and supervise Temporary Works Supervisors
