Job summary

Linear Recruitment is seeking an experienced Temporary Works Coordinator for a major construction scheme in Cambois, Northumberland. The freelance role starts ASAP with a competitive rate dependent on experience.

You will coordinatestemporary works activities on site and ensure designs, inspections and installations meet project requirements. The ideal candidate has proven TWC experience on large projects, with strong knowledge of temporary works procedures and excellent communication with

Qualifications

Experience as Temporary Works Coordinator on major construction projects.
Knowledge of temporary works procedures and processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all temporary works activities on site.
Ensure temporary works are planned, designed, checked and implemented correctly.
Liaise with designers, engineers, subcontractors and the wider project team.
Review temporary works designs, calculations and associated documentation.
Maintain the Temporary Works Register and ensure appropriate approvals are in place.
Coordinate inspections and ensure temporary works remain suitable throughout the construction process.
Attend site meetings and contribute to planning and sequencing.
Ensure all temporary works comply with health, safety and quality requirements.
Monitor progress and identify any potential issues or risks.
